Abhishek Bachchan's role in Guru requires him to be, shall we say, bulkier than normal, so Abhishek, who has just completed one schedule in Chennai, is busy trying to gain weight.

Having looked lean and sinewy in all his films, from Refugee to Bluff Master, getting into the bulky mode is a whole lot of fun for the actor, who's busy bingeing on high-calorie food.

R Madhavan, who plays a pivotal role in Guru, has gone in a direction opposite to Abhishek. He's just back from London, and nine kg lighter! While Abhishek is supposed to look older than his real age, Madhavan is supposed to look younger in the film.

Says Maddy, "I feel lighter and healthier. Even if my role in Guru hadn't required me to be leaner, I'd have still lost some weight."
