There have been a number of silly headline grabbing stories about the so called rift between Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. Putting an end to the yellow journalism (and perhaps making the propogators of such gossip even more embarassed), Shah Rukh Khan recently confessed to the editor of a leading film magazine about how he missed Abhishek, during the New York schedule of Karan Johar's upcoming blockbuster 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna'('KANK').

Film music is finding new ways to reach homes. Moving away from the conventional music release of mainstream blockbuster movies in cassette and audio compact disc (CD) formats, Karan Johar’s latest multi-starrer Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna (KANK) is being offered only in the audio CD format. By doing away with cassettes, at least in the initial stages, Sony Music is banking primarily on big audio CD sales of KANK across the country. The results seem encouraging.

On Thursday, Abhishek Bachchan joined the likes of Cindy Crawford, Nicole Kidman and Michael Schumacher when Omega Watches named him as their latest brand ambassador.

The closely guarded secret of the new brand ambassador was revealed at a plush hotel in the city where Bachchan was gifted the latest Omega by Stephen Urquhart, President, Omega.
