The very chic Anaita Shroff Adajania clearly found her calling the day she decided to become a stylist.

When you watch Dhoom 2 (and I know you will) check out the individual looks she’s put together for the star cast. In fact some of the more painful slapstick scenes (mostly featuring Bips as a Brazilian bimbette) are rescued only by virtue of her stunning wardrobe. Here’s how to describe (and duplicate) your favorite trendsetter in D:2 according to Anaita:

Hrithik Roshan: Unkempt-chic/utility-chic

Lots of destressed, loose fitting clothes except when he’s working on a heist, then his wardrobe is utility based. His hair (which is all the rage) was given a bleached outdoorsy appeal.

Aishwarya Rai: Raw

An effortless yet sexy wardrobe meant to look thrown together for a carefree street-sleek look. Her hair and make up was deliberately sun kissed and tanned to reflect her lifestyle.

Abhishek Bachchan: Crisp

Mostly lean, slick and slim fitting clothes to reflect his straight up character (except for a few liberties taken for the song sequences to fit the music and setting.)

Bipasha Basu: Schizo

Between a straight laced cop and beach bum-boho lounge she had the most variety in her wardrobe.

Uday Chopra: The cool tapori

Contemporary, but with a few street-style accents added to his look to demonstrate the tapori background.

And if you notice (like I did) that the starlets go sans earrings for most of their scenes, don’t for a minute think this was a wardrobe malfunction. Anaita says her personal style always influences her work and she feels that earrings often add a forced sense of dressed up-ness and one accessory is more than enough. Now that’s a piece of priceless fashion advice for free!
