The whole country might be debating whether the vermillion on Aishwarya Rai's forehead, after a visit to a temple, meant that the hautest couple in Bollywood had tied the knot, Abhishek and Ash themselves appeared unfazed and nonchalant.

Abhiash, who made their first public appearance after their engagement was announced, were like any other much in love couple.

The duo was present with the entire family at the French Embassy in the city where the prestigious Legion of Honour was being conferred on Amitabh Bachchan.

Revealing that his priority right now is his home production, Suniel says: "I am concentrating all my energies on `Raaste' that stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai. Both look great and I get along well with them. In fact, I gave Abhishek a chance to act in one of my productions even though he was not doing very well at the box-office. Now, he has proved his detractors wrong. The film will also star John Abraham."

You will no longer see Abhishek Bachchan’s “fida” campaign for Ford Fiesta. The Automobile giant Ford India has ended its popular brand endorsement deal with the actor.

The multinational car-making company was earlier planning to extend the deal, which commenced in December 2005. However, there has been no renewal of the deal this year. Ford India's Vice-President said that the deal which they had with the junior Bachchan to endorse Ford’s new model Fiesta, will not be extended. He brushed off rumours of any demand of hike in the fees for the endorsement. He said that the split was mutually accepted by both parties.
