Nobody Like You — that’s the title of the zingy song that Apoorva Lakhia will shoot for Mission Istanbul with Abhishek Bachchan on three consecutive nights from 21 June onwards.

Confirming the shooting of this belated song-and-dance, Lakhia says, “Abhishek has always gone out of his way for me. He had a cameo in my Ek Ajnabee and Shootout At Lokhandwala. In fact, I consider the Bachchans lucky for me. Right at the start of Mission Istanbul, I had asked Abhishek to do a song and dance for me. We were just waiting for him to get the time.”

Now with the release scheduled next month, Lakhia could wait no more. “We had to somehow find the time. And since Abhishek is shooting with Karan Johar for Dostana, I’m going to borrow him for three nights and shoot the track,” he said.

This would be Abhishek’s second item song. The first One Love in Mahesh Manjrekar’s Rakht had ushered in the era of item boys in Bollywood.

Will Lakhia’s song be sensuous? “There will be a hot model with Abhishek though she’ll have only a few lines to croon. Ab Abhishek hai to sexy model to saath main hona hi hai,” said the director.
