Mumbai: Dharma Productions' Dostana has grossed Rs 450 million (Rs 45 crores) worldwide with print count of 925 including digital.
The film released worldwide on 14 November with paid previews on 13 November night. In Dubai, the film released on 13 November with paid previews one night prior.
Speaking exclusively to Businessofcinema.com, Dharma Productions CEO Apoorva Mehta said, "Dostana has grossed Rs 45 crore worldwide and we at Dharma are extremely happy with the overwhelming numbers. The movie has done well in multiplexes, in metros and in the overseas."
Mehta informed that in the UAE Dostana's first four days collection has been higher than Singh is Kinng's first week collections.
Dostana is distributed worldwide by Yash Raj Films. The film stars Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra. It is directed by debutant Tarun Mansukhani.
