Last year Abhishek Bachchan had to celebrate his birthday (February 5th) in Jaipur where he was shooting for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Delhi-6. Now this year yet again he will be celebrating his birthday away from home as he will be in New York on that day. He will be flying to the Big Apple after he wraps up the shooting of Mani Ratnam’s Raavan. AB is currently in Orcha, near Jhansi.

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Delhi-6 will release on February 20th and to promote the film, the filmmaker will be taking his cast comprising Abhishek Bachchan and to America, to kick start the campaign. The film had won top honors at the Dubai Film Festival, which helped the film to be announced in the International arena.

It is learnt that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan may join Abhi on his New York trip to spend his special day with him. Big B and Jaya Bachchan may join as well it seems but their trip isn’t as sure shot as Aishwarya’s, informs our source.-Sampurn Media
