It’s common knowledge that Bollywood’s most romantic couple, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai, pine to spend quality time together.

But the way they were stranded together on Wednesday in the jungles of Athirapilly in Kerala was anything but romantic.

The rains are playing spoilsport in Kerala’s Chalakudy jungle where Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai are shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Raavana. The film’s schedule has been badly hit by the torrential rains, making it difficult for Abhishek and Aishwarya to shoot.

Balki’s forthcoming film, Paa has an unconventional storyline where Amitabh Bachchan plays Abhishek’s son. And the idea for this premise is Amitabh and Abhishek’s real life conversation.

Born in one of Bollywood’s most revered families, Abhishek Bachchan did not have it easy as he stepped into the world of movies and make believe. Constant comparisons to his father, his marriage to one of the most beautiful women on the planet Aishwarya Rai and his initial run at the box office, made Abhishek one of the most easy targets of those within and outside the industry.

All through the year 2009, there have been speculations around Mani Ratnam's Raavana. While there have been talks about the film getting delayed, off late there were also mumurs around Abhishek Bachchan delaying the film further.
