Just as the zillions of fans of Big B were trying to come in terms with the fact that they would no longer be able to see him on the small screen as Bigg Boss 3 was over, there are hot news flying around that his baby ,that is Abhishek Bachchan is going to come as an anchor for a new show.

The show is a game based one with the basic idea that one can win by relaxing. This is a very modern concept which is the tagline of this generation ‘Work Smart Not Hard’.

It was announced like a teaser during the Finale of Bigg Boss 3 where Big B called up Abhishek to find out what he was doing. Very smartly Aby Baby tells him from a screen that he was relaxing. Then he informed the audience that very soon people like him who loved to relax and earn the moolah could do so in the new game show which he was going to host.

Now, the grapevine is running wild with the reports that this show will be on the Viacom 18’s channel, Colors. The show is titled ‘The Idea National Bingo Night’, and it is produced by Fox Television Studio India Pvt Limited.

According to insiders the production house had offered the show to Abhishek as they had full faith in his capacity as a good anchor and it had nothing to do with Big B’s association with the channel.

.Well, Abhishek is very popular amongst the young and the old so there is no doubt that the show should click right from the start. He has indeed done justice to most of his films and after his mind blowing performance in films like Guru and Paa he has more than proved his acting prowess on the big screen, so there is no reason why he should not carry a fun filled show with as much élan, after all he is a very fun loving guy in real life too so this small screen show would definitely be his cup of tea.

Now what is that saying? Ah yes! The chip of the old block, that’s exactly what he is. We are indeed proud to say like father like son, it fits in very aptly here isn’t it?
