Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan, who has endorsed a couple of international brands, says that he is not brand-conscious, and would prefer to wear what suits him even if it is an unbranded product. "It is not important to wear brands... you should wear what looks good on you. Brand is not important for me. I buy what I like," Bachchan Junior said during the Mint Luxury Conference in Mumbai on Saturday.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be playing the steady woman in 'Casanova' Abhishek's life for Raj Kumar Santoshi's Ladies & Gentleman. After having done everything from a family drama (Dhai Akshar Prem Ke) to a bio-pic (Guru) to a modern-day drama (Raavan) together, this is Aishwarya's opportunity to have fun with Abhishek…at his expense.

He is contemplated as the youth icon and his persona is enough to make people go gaga. Many religiously adhere to whatever he says and probably, this was one of the reasons for being a part of the awareness run against drugs.

Mr and Mrs Bachchan will soon be back together in reel life with Rajkumar Santoshi’s romantic comedy, Ladies & Gentlemen, which flags off in July. Aishwarya says, “I met Rajji a week ago and he told me that before I start giving my dates to other producers, he wanted to lock a chunk for his film. Abhishek and I are his dream pair, he’s always wanted us for this film.”

On April 20, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary. Though the two will spend time together, they haven’t planned anything grand for their big day yet.

MUMBAI: The Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Ladies and Gentlemen, which will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, is all set to go on floors in the first week of July.

Abhishek Bachchan plays a druglord in the murder mystery "Game", a genre he confesses he likes immensely and has not explored as yet. And guess his inspiration: the master detective Sherlock Holmes!
