Actor Abhishek Bachchan proved his mettle in 'Dum Maaro Dum'. The actor was being considered for Karan Johar's 'Agneepath' remake. However, KJo finally signed Hrithik Roshan for the role once essayed by Amitabh Bachchan.
We hear Abhishek wasn't too happy with the news. Things were sorted out soon enough and Abhishek and Ash even graced Karan Johar's chat show. Abhishek Bachchan's angry, young man character in the film 'Yuva', was the turning point in his career.
So when asked about the Agneepath remake, and Hrithik being signed on for the lead roles, Abhishek is heard to have jokingly tod Karan Johar, "I'm coming there and will show you and Hrithik how it's done!"
The actor is extremely happy about the response he is getting for his act in 'Dum Maaro Dum'. "We work to entertain our audience, and if they are happy with our work, we are happy," says Abhishek.
