Motorola India, the mobile handset major has roped in Abhishek Bachchan as its brand ambassador, though the company is tight lipped about the new ambassador.

Recently, Motorola has launched a teaser campaign on the TV inviting viewers to guess their brand ambassador. The campaign is a song from the film Bluff Master, which starred Abhishek Bachchan. In the promo only Abhishek Bachchan's voice is heard over the phone.

Note that Motorola has chalked out a strong distribution strategy to make inroads into the growing Indian cellular market. As part of the distribution strategy, it has entered into a tie-up with ITC's e-choupal and Hariyali Kisan Bazaar.
