Film maker Rajkumar Santoshi is not ready to replace Aishwarya Rai in his film Ladies and Gentlemen

MUMBAI: The Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Ladies and Gentlemen, which will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, is all set to go on floors in the first week of July.
